New Borns

Finally... My 'big ger' gave birth to 6 healthy babies today. Dave was the one who saw it n tell me bout dis news while I was workin dis morn. Didn't believe him initially, cos we didn't know 'big ger' was pregnant. She does show signs like a little lethargic n sleeps a lot, but we can't confirm if she is pregnant or not.

Went back aftnoon n saw 6 red tiny babies in the 'nest' their mum prepared. It's all shredded tissue papers, done by 'big ger'. Looks cozy.... She stores all her food in der too.

'Big ger' is extremely defensive cos of her new borns. While giving her food using a spoon as usual, she actually bite on the spoon n doesn't wanna let go. Luckily it wasn't my hand. Ha!

Now my worry is, wat m i suppose to do w the babies? I can't keep all of them, cos they'll need individual cage in future. But I can't bear to gif all of them away.... Sighx... Will think bout dat 2 weeks later. Now my only hope is dat all 6 babies will b able to survive n b healthy.
